Evidence should span multiple areas; customer experience, workplace, leadership, community impact, innovation or digital accessibility, showing integration rather than isolated initiatives. It is suited to organisations that have embedded accessibility into their culture, strategy and operations and can clearly demonstrate transformative impact at scale.
